Shubho Al Farooq
Founder & CEO of Zantrik
He is a Computer Science graduate (2003) who began his career teaching in his own department as a topper. He moved into software development and became a top architect in leading local and foreign firms. In 2010, he won multiple CodeProject MVP Awards for his articles and frameworks. In 2011, he launched his own software business. After launching multiple tech and non-tech ventures, in 2018, he founded Zantrik, now a fast-scaling Bangladeshi startup. He bootstrapped the idea, built the team and tech platform, and raised $1.1M seed funding from investors including Bangladesh Angels, Startup Bangladesh, BDVenture, and Accelerating Asia. Zantrik has won 7 local and global awards. He completed 3 accelerator programs: ScaleUp Bangladesh, Accelerating Asia (Singapore), and SLUSH (Finland). He also mentors, coaches, invests in startups, and writes on social media about startups. He loves to turn ideas into scalable, actionable products. He’s also a storyteller.
Mahmudul Hasan
Founder & CEO of CareerKey
Mahamudul Hasan is the founder of CareerKey, an AI-powered startup focused on guiding students and job seekers toward smarter career choices. With years of experience as a corporate employee both at home and abroad, and as a career consultant, he has helped thousands craft impactful résumés and navigate competitive job markets in Bangladesh and internationally. He has delivered lectures and seminars across numerous institutions, sharing insights on career strategy, job hunting, and essential skill development. He has also conducted webinars and live classes on topics such as career development, communication, CV writing, storytelling, and overall soft skill enhancement. Beyond his direct work with individuals, he regularly writes to inspire young people to build skills and take ownership of their future. His work combines AI, technology, education, pedagogy, and practical career coaching to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity.
